Staging and Renovations

The exterior of this home was dated with brown roof, shutters & trim. Paint is your easiest fix. A new black roof, black paint on the shutters & address numbers as well as a solid cream color around the front door truly brighten and modernize the entire home. Power-Washing the driveway and exterior is the perfect finishing touch.

This is the built-in bookcase cabinet in one of my previous listings. Bookcases and built-ins are loved by potential buyers. The goal is obviously to showcase and feature the cabinet and highlight its possibilities. I always prefer simplicity, neutrals and a modern take.

I chose metallics and all white ceramic items which showcase this feature in a modern and sleek fashion

If budget was no object, I would have painted all the brick a bright color. I painted the mantle with white paint. The mirrors utilized for staging purposes were already in the home & were originally gold. I painted the mirrors, fireplace tools & screen a metallic silver. This modernizes, freshens & brightens up the entire feature. Fireplaces are often focal points of a room & should always be shown in the best light possible within time and budget constraints.

These solid wood nightstands were well-made, however, dated & needed a refresh for a bedroom renovation/update. Metallic silver paint truly modernizes the look.

The silver nightstands compliment the grey, tufted headboard and tufted storage trunk while not pulling focus from the soft, feminine comforter.

A solid wood chest of drawers included in this bedroom renovation/update created a beautiful piece that was also practical while offering additional storage.

This is the BEFORE photo of an old traditional bathtub/shower combo that included an older version of subway tiles that over time truly did not hold up.

This old-school bathtub/shower was turned into a beautiful walk-in shower. Marble from floor to ceiling & includes a shower bench and built-in soap dish. It's finished off by a beautiful all-glass enclosure with a single-entry door
